Takealot.com Service is Terrible

Bought a dishwasher, delivered badly damaged. Cant speak to anyone, can only log calls via the website. Got a notification they will collect it by 5 pm yesterday (10/11/2023), never pitched to collect.

Sat waiting for them the entire day... services sucks, never again!!!
