Takealot.com sells second hand items. Be Carefull!!

I recently purchased a PC (computer) from Takealot.com for my client (a school) with other items. The PC was delivered to me and delivered the sealed box to my client. To my shocking discovery, my clients contacts me asking me why i delivered to them a second hand PC? Immediately i went to my client and i was shocked and embarrassed. The keyboard was second had, with dirt and broken keys. The screen had so many scratches including the screen stand. The IT guy of my client even confirmed that it was a second hand PC.

I requested to return the PC and expecting an apology from takealot.com. To my shocking surprise they declined the return and will send back the second hand PC to me. Takealot.com i want my refund immediately because if this is how Takealot.com conducts business, expect to close yours doors in no time.
