Takealot.com selling items with missing parts.

This is not the first time I've had issues with takealot.com how ever this issue really got to me due to the reply. I bought a Christmas tree in January 2019 opened it today 13th December 2019 and found half the tree is missing. Reported it to takealot.com. The reply is sorry you had 7days to return it. An item I would only use in December. Now if I buy a car I don't go and check all the light and if the manufacturer put an engine in the car I kinda expect it to be there. So takealot.com sells items that are missing parts or selling **** and or items that are damaged or incomplete. Not sure if this item was sold from a **** company takealot.com uses. Use it has a return policy I get that. But to just say to a client sorry you had bad luck and leave it like that. Yet again another company that gives **** services and does not care about the client.
