Ordered a trampoline(R4000) and two other inexpensive items on 17.05 for my son’s birthday 27.05. Delivery was scheduled 20.05. The order never arrived. I logged a ticket on 21.05, and was promised delivery 22.05. Once again the order did not arrive. I logged another ticket 22.05. On 25.05 the two inexpensive items arrived. I logged another ticket. At 17:09 the consultant responded that delivery was scheduled for 25.05 and closed the ticket. I logged yet another query on 25.05, and still have no feedback 26.05 at 13h00 even after asking. It is likely my child will not only not be able to have a party tomorrow, but also not have a present. Moms - please carefully consider ordering from these careless robots.
