Takealot.com & Rugged SA
I bought a UPS unit at Teakealot.com that is supp**** by Rugged. Upon first use, it had a problem, I logged a return. Takealot.com declined the return and directed me to Rugged. Rugged rep**** on the day, that Takealot.com had fetched the unit, that was my second attempt to return the unit. Today i decide to check was the hold up, I see notes, that Takealot.com still decline the return and refund. Shouldn't Takeaclot.com resolve this with Rugged, and either refund money back to my bank account or credit my Takealot account for future purchases?

What buffles me is the distancing itself from Takealot, which was the point of sale of the item.
