My laptop charger started giving problems some time ago and was really acting up on Sunday 6/10. I had to move the cord around quite a bit to to charge my laptop. I ordered a replacement on the same day and was notified on the next day (Monday 7/10) that I could collect it at the collection point. Impressive!
