Takealot.com returns department

I am very disappointed with the return/replacement department. I have had no feedback on a return I submitted 3 weeks ago. I received an item that looked nothing like the item I had ordered and when I sent it back for a replacement I get no feedback. I have called numerous times to follow up and everything I am told they are waiting for feedback from the warehouse. Everyone tells me they have sent an email to escalate it but I still have had no feedback.
