Takealot.Com Returns

I bought a printer from them and within 5 months it had an error message saying l must return to supplier of which l did and then Takealot said l must wait 21 days or they will refund .

Been waiting for 21 days and all the call centre says is l must wait for feedback from the supplier of which l dont know till when while l need the printer.

the service is bad as now they even tell me l cant talk to the return department but l just have to wait a little longer
