Takealot.com return my money!!!

I ordered 9 solar lights systems from Takealot.com around the 8th July, on the 9th July I got a message saying that there is a delay with my order. Evening on the 22nd July I got a message that my items has finally arrived and I should collect it. When I collected it, I saw it was the wrong product. They first did not want to take back the items, eventually after many calls they asked me to bring it back. I returned all 9 items the same day 22nd July (5 solar systems in 2 sealed boxes and 4 loose items) just the way I had received it. After numerous calls and emails I have only been credited for 5 items. I am waiting for the credit of the balance of the 4 items. Please assist in getting Takealot.com to refund me the balance. Their return team is useless. No one know what they are doing there.
