Takealot.com Return Item

Hi. It's almost a month now that we logged a return request for an item on Takealot.com. Since then, now one came to collect the product! We have logged probably 10 return requests, and every time we are told that the issue is being escalated... We have received numerous SMSs saying courier would collect the item by 5, but nothing happens. We call again, and we hear the same story every time. Worst service from Takealot.com. Unbelievable in this time and era that a collection does not happen and no one interrogates why it did not happen! Pathetic!
