Takealot.com Return Cancelled

Hi

I bought a phone in February this year, I returned the phone without a charger and was told the charger will be collected on 2020-11-26 but i am still waiting after 7 arrangements, i had to cancel my plans for nothing.

They never came for collection and now they cancelled the return without my knowledge, i had to trace it to find out.

My Return Reference: RRN-68c3-292a Order #***3

They have the phone on their side, I don't even know whats going to happen from now on.

i'm very disappointed.
