Takealot.com Refunds...
I just want to share my experience on refunds from takealot.com, I've bought from takealot alooot!!! and I've noticed that when you return an item, you get 2 options, Refund or Credit, and I always select Refund, guess what happens all the time, they don't refund me!! OH NOOO!!! .....they credit me, the value of items was around R500~R1000 ... this is messedup!! ....

28 Jun 2021, 14:46Okay, so the lazy company wants you to request a refund yourself for the 2nd time under "My account", after they credit you by default and ignoring your first request of refund and not credit, so the refund option is pointless when you submit return item in the first place!!!!!! I had to google this, getting an reply back from takealot.com seems to not happening in 2021
