Takealot.com Refund Enquiry

Good day I bought a cellphone from this company in March this year.The phone tends out to faulty and I returned it and asked for a refund. I gave them my banking details in which they were ment to refund the money into.They went and did their own thing by transferring the month into my old FNB account which was closed beginning of March.I have told them several times that the refund bounced back as confirmed by FNB.They still insisting that the refund was done by eft.Today I sent them a statement I got from FNB confirming that the account was closed long before they transferred the refund. Finance department from this company is clueless and very unprofessional so I just want to warn everyone who still buys from this company to be careful. They only happy to take your money when you got problems nobody wants to commit.

Be careful when you buy anything from them more especially cellphones as it looks like they are refurbished. They don't sell brand new cellphones. I have been waiting for my refund from the 18th of March till today,they still refusing to pay it.
