takealot.com really takes alot from you!!!!!

Takealot is pathethic. I recently bought a shoe which was not the exact product as advertised and now they will not refund me due to a little dirt underneath which was probably there to begin with as they cannot prove otherwise. Seems like this is really how they make their money.
