I have to say that takealot's customer service has gone down the drain as well as the quality of their products. I always encounter problems with their electronics and when it comes to returns you wait forever to get things done and no one gets back to you.

Please upgrade your customer service to the fast and efficient way you take payments yet always have issues to deliver customer service. I am still awaiting my return to be finalised since the 9th of March and this is so unacceptable. I didn't rven ask for mt money back just an exchange for a keyboard that actually works! I have been sending numerous emails and only get excuses as a reply and on the last few no replies.
