I bought a phone from takealot, which was iphone 8 plus 64gb new, but when i receive my order i got iphone 8 plus 256gb which was old , the phone has issues, microphone was not working properly and wifi signal, accessories were looks like aftermarket not the one that normally comes with iphone, i returned the phone back to takealot. I was told that i must return the accessories as well, i did returned accessories as per request, i got an email saying the adaptor is wrong i must advise if i have the correct adaptor, i told them i was also surprised with the charger that came with the phone i bought it looks suspicious that its not an original charger, and then again i also raised the concern of the phone description it doesn't make sense and the phone i got looks like refurbished phone and i didn't buy used phone i choosed new phone, i told them that to me it seems like the order i received came to me by mistake from their side they gave someone my order, someone bought refurbished phone.
