Takealot.com re Coffee 400g ordered and not received.

I ordered Douwe Egberts Coffee 400g via Takealot.com on the 28/5/2024Z. When I received the package and opened it I found 200g of coffee in the package not 400g which is a bigger bottle.The price was R375. I phoned Takealot and they scheduled a return which was due by the 4/6/2024. The number was MRRN-0ZQGX-9N94.I have not managed to get the parcel back to the collection point as I have been having a lot of pain in my back and legs.I tried replying to the e-mail but got told it is no longer used. I have tried phoning but get told their are high volume calls. I feel I am been ********** with what is going on here.I would like a credit to be passed on my account.
