Takealot.com preffered online store

I have purchased quite a few products on takealot.com and in fact it is one of my preferred online shops. Personally i believe takealot has the best system on the market to facilitate purchases and especially return of items. Though i did have 1 or 2 not so pleasant experiences it is imporant to not those were at the start of lockdown and i quickly " forgave" takealot for this. Takealot customer service is normally of the highest standard and i would definitely recommend them. The products are of good quality and normally competively priced (normally). I do just feel that it would be great for takealot to implement a customer rewards program - not only for the benifit of loyal customers like myself but also to attract new business.
