Takealot.com poorest service provider

I feel cheated by Takealot.com. I bought a Huawei mate-book X as a bundle with a bag, mouse, and dock but I only got the mate-book. I contacted them severally to kindly get me the rest of my items and I was told I will have to return the mate-book before they can sort stuff out which I kindly declined because I have installed all my programs on the mate-book that takes forever to install and I figured it makes no sense to return a note-book for accessories that are way cheaper. I gave them the option to let the supplier send through the rest of the items to which they rep**** the supplier will not do. So clearly, they do not respect customers but regard their suppliers the most. I advise against using them.
