takealot.com Poor Service Delivery

I am very upset with takealot.com delivery service. It is the second time that takealot.com don’t deliver on time as promised, and every time they have a lame excuse that the recipient was not available.

That is nonsense, they don’t even try to contact and/or make alternative arrangements. Now I sit and wait for nothing every time.

I’m a loyal regular customer and this is the service I get?
