Takealot.com = poor service

I've order water bottles for my boys. One came complete and the other without its straw. Its been returned three times and had to do it again today. The brand is ironically called best brand. I'm unable to get hold of any one as there are no numbers on app or website. It seems that no one reads why products are returned and neither do they check the new product being sent out. What a waste of time. This is getting ridiculous. But guess the joke is on me thinking after 3 returns that I'd still get a complete product?
