Takealot.com - Poor Service

I am utterly disgusted today with Takealot as I placed an order ( ********** 2) for guaranteed delivery today (Sunday 27 Jan). Having waited the whole day at home for this delivery I eventually contacted the takealot call center to inquire and I was notified that the parcel is at the courier facility and they do not have drivers to deliver...... seriously??

So what is the point of paying the fee for guaranteed delivery on a specific day? Without even a notification that delivery is not going to take place.... And then to get notified that it will be re-scheduled for the next day - when there is nobody at home. Exactly why I paid for the Sunday delivery.
