Takealot.com - Poor qualiity and service

I bought my son a gaming keyboard for christmas. It arrived at my office on 11 December 2024, I wrapped it and gave it to him on the 25th of December while on holiday. We discovered that the keyboard wire was damaged when we opened it. I returned the product on the 8 January when we returned from holiday. My claim was declined and apparently the problem was due to wear and tear.
