Takealot.com PLEASE deliver or pay back my money

Takealot.com is so quick to take our money fail to deliver and close off all avenues of communication. Over a week late with my delivery. There is no place to follow up on their excessive lateness and they do not communicate. They are very active on social media but will never respond to messages. Their unresponsiveness is clear from the many negative comments on social media. I am very disappointed.
