Takealot.com Pickup FNB Bank City

I placed an order for pick-up and haven't been able to collect it because evertime i go they are closed that time I went on the hours that I was sent by Takealot.com and I double-checked online.. So how the hell do I collect my order now!!! We're not on level 5 anymore, there's no excuse for such poor service...
