Takealot.com pethtic service

I bought a fridge on the 18th of December 2025 i called in the 19th of December 2025 to cancel the agent said they will cancel and process refund.this was a lie was not done.i called 6 times to ask for order *** to be canceled every time the agent said they will request refund I even called the 2nd of January 2026 and was once again take for a fool.they delivered te Fridge to day I refused to take the order as I have requested more than a few times for order to be cancelled the courier took the Fridge back and I demand my money paid back to me I will never use takealot again.
