Takealot.Com pathetic service levels and customer service.

Pathetic and useless customer service. They penalise customers instead of suppliers who incorrectly supply based on false adverti*****ts. 2 incorrect orders delivered, process of emailing, calling, repackaging, collection waiting and also return to depot to be told supplier is out of stock after advertising, confirming etc. Now I have to add in to get the very same products on the very same site from a different supplier and possibly endure similar fate. Original supplier should be penalised not the customer. Pathetic service and responses to perfectly normal queries. Will be a last resort in future and not go to as once was.
