Takealot.com PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I requested a refund for an order that was cancelled on the 6 December. I have been nagging and fighting for takelot to refund the money. Damn agents keeping giving me the same pathetic excuse telling me to wait for feedback. When their returns and refund policy clearly states 3 to 5 business days. The customer service is absolutely pathetic! They are so quick to take your money when u place and order but now I have to beg and plead for them to give my money back. I will NEVER ever shop on takealot.com and I will most definitely encourage others not to make use of their website!!!! I am extremely disappointed as I expected so much more from such a huge company. They really don't care about their customers. As long as their pockets keep growing
