Takealot.com passing the ball

Last week I ordered an item from Takealot.com , which I received on Friday. I saw that there was no invoice included , so I sent them an email. The response was that I bought it from a different supplier , and that must supply me with one. I went into their site , after a struggle , and requested one. Up to date I haven't received an invoice , and you can't request one on the app , you must go into their site to request it. I have been struggling from about 8 this morning to get on their site , to no vail. This is really pathetic and unacceptable. They are quick to sell the product , but their after service is really sucking. I need the invoice to submit to my medical aid for refund.
