TAKEALOT.COM : Ordered, Paid and not delivered

I have not received my order from Takealot.com. My order was suppose to be delivered on the 18th May 2020 but I received an sms saying courier delay and order will be rescheduled delivery. Till today I do not know what went wrong with my order. On the 19th May 2020 I submit a query to demand answers from takealot and 20th May 2020 I got response from takealot.com saying they have escalated the matter to the courier and they will give me a feedback as soon as possible. Today it is 26th May 2020, I have not received my order and no response from @Kauthar Hendricks
