Takealot.com online order delays and no feedback from team on status

I am so disappointed with service fromTakealot.com, I ordered item online on 17 June and only received 2 out of 5 items. After serval calls and emails, my issue is still not sorted. The value of outstanding items is R2800, but no one can tell what is the issue with my oder. I just my credit loaded back or just send my items!
