Takealot.com not practising contactless delivery as promised on the website

I was reassured to read the following regarding covid-19 on the takelalot.com website: "Contactless Delivery & Collection Enhanced hygiene measures extend to our Takealot Delivery Team drivers who are now required to execute contactless deliveries and collection.

Our drivers have been instructed not to make physical contact with any customers and to maintain a safe distance. Packages will be placed on a surface indicated by the customer, the driver will then back away and allow the customer to pick up their package themselves.

All drivers will be given access to hand sanitiser with clear instructions to sanitise their hands before and after every delivery or collection." I have just taken delivery of package from takealot.com and not only did the delivery driver walk right up to me, but also handed me a clipboard and pen and asked me to sign for the delivery. When I questioned her she said they had received NO instructions from the office for contactless delivery. So quite clearly what takealot.com says on their website regarding safety and covid-19 and what they actually practice are two different things.
