Takealot.com not paying back refunds.

I have purchased an item on takealot which was defective staright out of the box i then requested a return & refund. The item was taken back to a pick-up site on the 2/08/2022 & on the 3/08/2022 i received confirmation that the return has been processed & concluded but to date i have still not received my refund.
