Takealot.com not committing on returns!!!!

We have tried to return a item since 9 April, every time it is scheduled for delivery and then cancelled due to them saying that the pickup was not possible due to nobody being present at the address.

This has been happening on a weekly basis while we are receiving items at this same address. This is an office and we have guys in the office everyday between 7am to 6pm at least.

This is getting very unpleasant!
