Takealot.com non delivery

I ordered a single item which was in stock, expected delivery next day, it's now a week later and no delivery despite being SMS'd every day claiming that my item wound be delivered that day ? I have emailed and called their delivery team a number of times and was assured of resolution, well still no resolution. Seems I've been ********** ? Folks, think very carefully before using takealot.com, I'm out of pocket R1000 and they don't seem to give a hoot. Will have to lodge complaint at Consumer Council.
