TAKEALOT.COM NOLONGER THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE

after supporting this platform for over 5years,it hurts that the service is nolonger the same

i ordered (#***4) Nappies for my daughter in OCTOBER 2020, a monthly supply of 2x 60's, upon delivery only x1 packet was delivered. i have tried my level best to enquire this and have my money reversed to my account but there seem tobe a problem and no1 is telling me what that problem is....

im ****ed off because i have gone through over 4 people that failed to let me know where the problem is (namely : SHEREEN ODENDAAL, ZINTLE MGUTYANA, Ronita Kay) and now everyone just ignores me like im crazy...........

this is not the customer service i was expecting from Takealot.com there are alot of platforms to buy from, infact ill start ordering with people that appreciate me & offer a better service like Loot.co.za

i cannot be begging for my own money! this is ****** ridiculous
