Takealot.com no effort

I ordered from Takealot.com with the understanding that they will deliver on the 12th of October as stated in their order confirmation email. My parcel was received by the courier before 11:00 am on 11 October. I received an sms stating my parcel will only delivered on 16 October and not 12 October as stated in their email. I tried to contact Takealot.com and received a reply late 11 October with little to no effort to deliver on the 12th as stated on the item listing and email. Takealot.com representitive only said its due to my address, although courier companies deliver overnight to my address. Delivery dates is not trustworthy and Takealot.com will not make an effort to deliver on time.
