Takealot.com must up their game

I have ordered many times from Takealot, but my last two orders were a nightmare. I paid for same day delivery, as the order was ugent. All of a sudden my address is not correct. I am waiting now for four (4) days, and still nothing. I wrote 10+ emails and made phone calls, and alot of promises were made.
