Takealot.com MUST FALL!

Ordered on the 7th of July, order was scheduled for the 13th, I had a box of wine in my order and due to the presidents announcement takealot cancelled my entire order instead of simply removing the liquor then sending the rest of the order. To make matters worse they refund me using my takealot account instead of refunding me using the payment method I used, making me obligated for a round 2 of their ****py service, I've never had issues with takealot in the past, this is poor service, if they proceed like this they will lose loyal and prospective clients.
