Takealot.com left me out to dry

I usually am super impressed with takealot.com, but this time they have been utterly poor in their service and delivery. I ordered an item that they said would arrive on Thursday. I needed said item for work. They have still not delivered and I got a text today saying they will only deliver tomorrow. Due to their tardiness, I was forced to deliver a subpar service to my client and this harms my business’ reputation. Pull your socks up.
