TAKEALOT.com - late orders and shocking service.

I fear that TAKEALOT.com have grown too big for their boots... They simply cannot handle the amount of people that use their site and forget to update it. This was the case when I placed an order for 3 items last week (6 November). When I ordered such items, I believe they were not in stock. No where on the website did it say "supplier out of stock" like it usually does. SO I merrily placed my order thinking it would take around 3 days to arrive. There was also no option for faster delivery at check-out so I placed the order. I received notification that I would only receive the order on the 15th November!!! Over a week later!!! When I called the office to find out what happened I was told that there was no stock and it had to be ordered. Um hello... nothing stated that on the website. I order from TAKEALOT many many times and it has NEVER taken this long. I requested that Thisbe escalated to management and asked someone to get back to me. That was Thursday last week - still no response. Oh and I love your new advert on tv - if only that was true... You DO NOT deliver on time and you DO NOT deliver as quick as you say you do - false advertising me thinks!!!
