Takealot.com keep postponing delivery

I ordered an inverter and the delivery date was specified as 26 January, but it's been postponed twice since. Takealot customer service personnel cannot provide any information and don't acknowledge the postponements (they simply refer to the new delivery date). It's frustrating dealing with an organisation which isn't willing to investigate and determine the cause of the problem. In future, I will order elsewhere.
