Takealot.com is soooo useless when it comes to problem solving

08 December I received a projector that didn't switch on. Returned it the following day after my partner advice that I take another brand fearing that the same brand will give us problems in the future.

Sent an email saying I'd like to exchange. I then waited 2 weeks for replacement I just got an email saying they won't be able to credit the other projector as it was signed COD

I told them I'll request a refund they can keep the projector. I can't believe they've waisted my time I could've gotten this damn projector elsewhere. Takealot.com is soooo use when it comes to problem solving
