Takealot.com is slipping

Pathetic service!

Ordered several items on takealot.com, delivery didn't arrived so I emailed them. They then said it was suppose to be delivered already, this was a week after original delivery date. They then said they will get back to me 3 days and no reply. I emailed them again, they then said the delivery should be out in one day. Another 2 days passed and I emailed again. Another day passed(note that this was almost 3 weeks by now) and finally the delivery arrived, but Murphy' law, the parcel was incomplete. So I emailed them again (note you can't phone them). They rep**** saying the Item is out of stoc****! How is that possible when it was out for delivery? This I asked then and they rep**** saying no it was lost in transit.

Takealot is slipping, they are taking to many orders and messing it up. If a company can't handle the capacity of orders, they should notify the customer.

But I would not only like to complain, I would like to suggest another alternative. Try using "Loot" cheaper prices, and if they say two weeks for a delivery, you know it would take two weeks.

This was the third and final frustrating order with takealot.
