takealot.com is selling **** Microsoft Windows Pro 10 Licences!

takealot.com is suppling **** Microsoft Windows Pro 10 Licences (FQC-08790). I purchased a full Windows 10 Pro license from takealot.com site that was delivered in a brown box stating this was a full product package. Inside was a blue usb sandisk for installation, and a purple sleeve "Windows 10 Professional" and on the back the registration key. Everything looking legit except the product does not look like the picture on the website. (Sold by Little Giant Tech)

When using the key with installation it seems its working fine and the Windows installation continues as normal. Once completed Windows was not active and gives the following error: 0xX004C020. Windows cannot be activated as the license is already in use. This error code is also relate to a Volume license and this type of license CANNOT be purchased online stated by Microsoft. (Product Key: 9YDD4-6NPTY-VMWRQ-PMGWX-MG9TY)

After calling Microsoft they confirmed the license is in use and I cannot activate it and this type of license cannot be purchases online in any way . (Incident at international Microsoft license support: *** and voice recording was active during the call)

I'm now struggling to get a refund for the **** license supp**** by takealot.com and will now get legal advice. This license is expensive and sell on the takealot site at R3499. I now purchased a real valid license from PC Shopper online for R4129.

Be careful when purchasing Microsoft Licenses on takealot.com site as the send **** licenses and do not refund your money.
