Takealot.com is Pathetic!

Takealot.com is beyond pathetic! Their customer service is pathetic! I’ve been trying to get a very simple voucher issue solved since 11 May 2025! Calling their customer services practically everyday and nobody is able to help me! I still haven’t received my voucher I’ve already paid for!!! If anyone knows how to resolve this matter with them I will be grateful for any assistance!
