Takealot.com is pathetic

What a disaster! Takealot's service is getting worse by the second! I have ordered a product as a Christmas gift. I received it and after opening it I discovered it was faulty. I immediately logged a replacement. I received a sms that replacement is scheduled for 31/12/2020. A day later I received a sms that replacement has been rescheduled for 29/12/2020. I received the replacement only on 30/12/2020! After opening the replacement product, i discovered that it too was faulty. I contacted customer care and spoke one Silhe Yani. He would have apparently looked into the situation. I e-mailed Silhe again and now am being ignored. On Facebook they can't give me feedback as well and the only reply I receive is to log another return! They can't give me a date as to when the 2nd replacement will be delivered. Or they just ignore your queries. TAKELOT YOU ARE PATHETIC!!!
