Takealot.com is not to be trusted

My microwave packed in and my insurance company paid out in the form of a voucher. I chose a take-a-lot voucher as they had the size of microwave I was looking for. That is very important because my kitchen has a box into which the microwave fits. The dimensions are therefore important. I ordered it using the voucher and paid in a further R700.00. Seven days in take-a-lot cancels the order unilaterally stating that the item is no longer in stock. Now they refuse to refund me the voucher or my R700 saying it is not their policy. They have credited my profile with the amount. There is no one to speak to because they hide their contact details on their website. So all you can do is write e-mails.
