Takealot.com IS NONSENSE

I waited 2 weeks for my order only for it to arrive with items missing. I just want my missing product not even a refund. Its been 4 days and no one has gotten back to me. Who knew the "take" from takealot meant they are taking from their consumers??? Can I pleaasseee have my stuff this is nonsense Order ***
