takealot.com is *****ing - no refund has been afforded yet

Rating is actually -1 - Still no positive feedback from takealot.com and this is my second Hello Peter review.

Services of takealot.com is putrid. They collected my item for return and now cannot locate it and nobody is coming back to me. I want my refund ASAP
